Registration fee includes

Access to congress sessions
Access to the exhibition
Lunches and morning/afternoon teas for the duration of the congress
Badge, satchel, printed meeting programme

Registration Fee Excludes:

Hotel accommodation
Travel expenses
Transport to and from the airport
Personal expenses, including meals and dinners

Companions

In accordance with MedTech regulations, companions are not permitted to attend course sessions or access the exhibition area during the meeting.

Letters of Invitation

Should you need a letter of invitation to obtain a visa, kindly ensure your registration and payment are completed before contacting [email protected]
Letters of invitation are issued exclusively to fully registered and paid delegates.

Invoicing

A payment receipt and/or invoice will be issued after registration, together with your confirmation email. This document can be used to reclaim your registration fee from your organization and/or sponsor.

Special dietary requirements

Any special dietary requirements requested after 15 May 2026 cannot be guaranteed, as these arrangements are organised in advance with the venue.

SCOPE

Tickets are made available exclusively via the electronic business platform.
All online ticket prices include VAT (23% ).
In case of errors due to duplicate transactions, order cancellation and full purchase refund upon customer request, is guaranteed.

REGISTRATION RULES | PAYMENTS

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MBWay,PIX, PayPal). All credit card transactions are processed by third parties, and no credit card details are stored by us.

Registrations are only considered confirmed once 100% of the payment has been received. In case of fraudulent card use, which may be reported to the proper authorities, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda reserves the right to cancel all transactions made with the means of payment in question.

Registration fee rates are determined by the date on which full payment is received. If full payment is not received by the applicable deadline, the corresponding rate shall not apply. Failure to attend the congress without prior notice shall constitute a no-show and shall result in the full registration fee being charged. Any refund shall be at the sole discretion of the Organising Committee and, if approved, processed after the congress.

REGISTRATION FEES RETURNS | CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS

In the event of cancellation, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda undertakes to refund the sums paid for tickets, in accordance with the dates and refund percentages set out below (excluding all transaction and processing fees).

For payments made by card, refunds will be applied to the card to which payment was charged at the time of purchase.
In other cases, refunds may be made via bank transfer.

Until 90 days If cancellation occurs until 90 days before the congress start date, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda undertakes to refund the ticket amount paid, less a transaction processing fee of €300.

Until 45 days If cancellation occurs until 45 days before the congress start date, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, commits to refunding half of the sum paid for tickets, excluding transaction processing fees of 300€.

Until 30 days If cancellation occurs before the congress starting date, no exchanges or returns will be permitted.

Situations of force majeure, provided they are submitted with supporting evidence before the event, shall be considered and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If the congress is to be rescheduled, tickets shall remain valid for the new dates. Upon customer request, the amount paid for tickets will be refunded excluding transaction processing fees of 300€.

Change of ownership: You have the right to ask for change of ownership until 60 days before the event starting date.

SECURITY AND PRICACY

The best practices known will be used in view of ensuring the highest possible security standards. It is safe to enter your credit card data to make purchases on the MYFACE academy website, where all the credit card transactions are handled by Stripe.

Data is entered on a Secure Server (SSL) which encrypts, i.e., or changes into code, all confidential data relating to your personal and payment data.

SSL is supported by all recent versions of the Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
